FIBREGLASS LAMINATORS – Full Time, Casual
We are looking for experienced General Factory Hands, Fibreglass Detailers and Assemblers to join our growing progressive business and would like to speak to anyone that fills the following criteria:
- Previous fibreglass experience highly regarded but not essential
- Experienced working with your hands using various power/air tools
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have an excellent work ethic – dedicated, punctual and team player
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Great problem-solving abilities – able to troubleshoot
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task production environment
- Effective communications skills, ability to organise and prioritise
- Be self-motivated and able to work on a diverse range of projects
- Skills such as car body work, bogging, sanding, grinding are highly regarded

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – Permanant, Full Time
We are a well established southside of Brisbane fibreglass parts manufacturer and are looking to fill the position of Production Supervisor.
The successful applicant must have at least two years previous experience in a similar role. Experience within the composite industry would be an advantage, but not essential. This role is hands-on and requires a good all-round ability to communicate with both floor staff and management.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Meeting daily/monthly production forecasts
- Ensuring all company processes and policies are followed by floor staff
- Monitor staff efficiency/workflow and improve where necessary
- Ensure product quality is of a high standard
- Reporting to upper management on production issues, achievements & goals
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed as per company’s ISO requirements

STOREPERSON – Full Time, Casual
We are currently looking to fill the role of Storeperson, working closely with our Purchasing Manager, and we would like to talk with anyone that fills the following criteria:
- A minimum of 1 year previous storeperson experience
- Current Forklift license
- HR drivers license
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg
- Be precise and able to retain product information
- Ability to follow directions quickly and accurately
- Excellent work ethic
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
- Good communication skills
As our storeperson, you will be required to ensure multiple daily deliveries from our various suppliers are unloaded, checked, signed off and put away in a professional and timely manner. You will conduct monthly stocktakes, be responsible for forklift pre-checks, relief delivery driver, and make certain all manufacturing departments are equipped with relevant stock daily along with various other tasks where required.
